Return & Refund Policy

At [STREETO] every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance are non-returnable.
• Innerwear, accessories, or custom-made products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Exchange Policy
• Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged / Wrong Product
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear unboxing video/photos for quick verification.

Refunds
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Reverse Pickup
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or wrong products.

Return Rejection
• Returns may be rejected if products show signs of use, damage, or are returned without original tags/packaging.
